H2O PRIMER is a polymer emulsion-based primer designed to improve the adhesion of Resisto self-adhesive elastomer SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membranes on most substrates. It is particularly recommended when the use of solvent-based primer is not advised (indoor installation and on polystyrene insulation).
