Heavy-duty insulators, lever, and handle made from fiberglass reinforced thermoset polyester molding compound. Compound withstands heat and is impact-resistant. Head assembly machined from copper alloy with two air holes per head assembly optimizing the air flow to the arc. Lever spring rated at 163 lb. per inch providing excellent clamping pressure on the air carbon-arc electrode.
